An experienced tea party decorator will arrive at your event fully prepared to create a beautiful and elegant setup. Please allow up to one hour for the setup process. Once the decorations are complete, our team member will gracefully depart, allowing you to enjoy your event to the fullest. Please keep in mind that this is "Service Only". We do not provide activities for tea guests. Feel free to inquire about our party collaborators that can help entertain your guest while enjoying their beautiful tea party experience.
Parents are to supervisor children at all times while using Pretty Party products. Our tea parties are suitable for all ages and genders, though we typically recommend them for children aged 4 and up. Please note that the items used in our tea parties are delicate and fragile. To ensure the protection of our collection, a waiver will be provided to cover the cost of any broken or damaged glasses.
Each theme is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, and the charm of a tea party lies in the variety of themes we offer. If your party has more than 12 guests, we simply recommend selecting an additional theme from our gallery page to accommodate your guest count. The charm of a tea party lies in the diversity of its themed settings. You may select two to three themes of your choice once in the booking section and we will expertly decorate each table to showcase a distinct and beautifully coordinated design. Please note, there is a minimum of six table settings per theme. When you are ready to book refer to the Book Now page and name you're chosen theme for your event.
We are conveniently in Roseville, California. For events outside of the 95747 zip code, a round-trip travel fee of $3.00 per mile will apply, with a maximum distance of 30 miles.
If you opt for tea that is not at room temperature, a designated "tea host" will be required. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the pouring and handling of the tea at all times. Additionally, our hot teas are served at a temperature of approximately 130°F or lower, in an insulated teapot, to ensure they are safe for young children.
Each of our tea packages is thoughtfully curated to provide a charming experience, featuring premium tea, one teapot per six guests, teacups, saucers, large tea plates, napkins, and luxurious table linens. To make the event even more memorable, we offer adorable hats and butterfly wings for the kiddos, as well as elegant tea headbands for adults, all available for rental at no extra cost.
Please note that all items provided by Pretty Party Rentals, including any furniture and decor, will be collected at the conclusion of the event. In addition, we supply a beautifully crafted centerpiece with faux flowers, tables and chairs, and three-tier platters to serve delicious baked goods.
