Pretty Party Rentals is here to create a memorable and stress-free tea party experience for you and your guests. We handle all of the pre party details, so that you can focus on enjoying your special occasion. You choose the location—whether it’s your home, office, a restaurant, or an outdoor setting—and we’ll deliver a beautifully set tea table, complete with charming decor. For the little ones, we offer a fun option of pink lemonade or safely served room temperature delicious tea, adding an extra touch of delight to their experience.
In addition, you have the option to add on a delicious tea menu, featuring a perfect balance of savory and sweet treats. With thoughtful add-ons available, we ensure your event is both elegant and unforgettable, leaving you and your guests with lasting memories

Check our availability calendar and send us your wish list! Please include your party size, event location, preferred tea flavors, any food add on's you would like to incorporate, and your desired collection name.
*Due to Pretty Party rentals being a service only business, For children's parties there will need to be a named "Tea Party Host" at the time of reservation. This host will be responsible for pouring and handling the tea.
Once your event date is reserved and confirmed, we will coordinate closely with you to arrange delivery & set up. Please allow for up to an hour for set up. We are happy to offer delivery within a 30-mile radius of Roseville, California, for a fee of $3.00 per mile.
A member of our team will arrive to set up your tea party, ensuring everything is beautifully arranged and ready to go. The team member will arrive with either an insulated beverage dispenser filled with hot water or a hot tea kettle that will need to be plugged in. For the insulated water container, the water will remain at an ideal tea serving temperature for up to 3 hours. We’d love to see how your event turns out—please share your photos with us so we can feature them on our social media! Don’t forget to tag us in your posts; we can’t wait to see your special moments.
A member of our team will arrive at the scheduled time to collect the rented items. To ensure a smooth pickup, kindly ensure that all tables are cleared of food, trash, and any and all rented accessories are gathered together for easy collection.
